For the past 15 years James has been recruiting and training people on how to set goals and work not only independently but also as a team to drive performance and positive results.
James graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with his Bachelors of Arts in Corporate Communications and with a Minor in Public Relations. Straight out of college he went to work for a fortune 500 retailer as a Human Resource Manager, managing a team of 150+ employees. He left as a Regional Recruiter, and went to work for a major U.S. theme park corporation as a Human Resource Manager for their two Oklahoma City based theme parks. In 2004 he entered the oil and gas industry working as a Human Resource Manager and Recruiter for one of the largest oil and gas brokerage firms in the United States.
Having the entrepreneur spirit in 2007 James was given the opportunity to purchase a landman training program and Energy Force was born as a landman training and staffing company. Energy force has grown to not only serve the oil and gas industry but to serve multiple industries for human resource outsourcing, staffing, training and business consulting. James also owns a Real Estate investment company with holdings of over a million dollars in both commercial and residential property. In addition he has helped launch other businesses, and continues to look for investment opportunities. James and his wife Laura have been married for over 12 years and have two children. They have made their home in Guthrie, Oklahoma where he was born and raised
